As a new school year begins, it’s necessary to develop a strong partnership with your child’s teacher. Start by asking your child’s new teacher about schedules, routines, and policies; learning and culture in the classroom; and communication and support. - What is important for me to know about your teaching philosophy and style?
- What else can I do at home to support what’s learned at school?
- How can I support my child with their homework, and what strategies should I use at home?
