In the final installment of our leadership session, we focused on school leaders and how their roles can shape a vibrant culture of lifelong learning within schools. The three main segments of the session included:
- Leadership as the Catalyst for Learning
- Establishing Expectations for Collaborative Growth
- Building a Community of Engaged Educators and Learners
Led by Michele LaCoursiere-Ferrer, Regional Executive Director, and Besa Suero, Bilingual Partnership & Implementation Manager, participants walked through advanced communication strategies, how to create a culture of continuous feedback, and dove into how to use feedback as a strategic tool for school improvement.
